 Our Kohnke's Own supplements are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire UK.

 

Our online store offers safe and secure payment.  Delivery to your home address is by reliable courier with an SMS notification of delivery status to your mobile phone.

 Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order reference number for the products that you have purchased.

  

Payment

We accept payment by credit card.  Most major credit cards are accepted including Visa and Mastercard. Your use of a credit card confirms that you are the owner of that card. We also accept payment by Paypal. Payment is through our online store on our website.


We do not accept personal cheques or postal money orders.

 

When your payment has been processed and cleared, we will organise shipment.

  

Shipping

We ship to the UK, Ireland and Europe.  Delivery charges are displayed in the table below.  We are not able to ship to the USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Australia or New Zealand.


We can only deliver to home or business addresses, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.  


Deliveries to your door will be made from Monday to Friday normally between 8am to 6 pm.  Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.  If we are unable to fill all products in your order, you will be notified by return email regarding the status of your order and stock which we can supply.


All deliveries will be made to your nominated street address.  Please include your postcode with your nominated street address.   We are not able to ship goods to an alternate address once they have been dispatched.   We will make every effort possible to have your order delivered in the fastest possible time, but the exact day and time of delivery cannot always be guaranteed.  Deliveries may need a receipt signature.


If, in the event that an order is delivered and you are no longer reside at the address, it is your responsibility to organise carriage to an alternative address at your cost.

 

Delivery Charges

Please Note (For UK and EU customers only):  All Kohnke's Own products except Gastro-Coat are VAT free, including shipping costs.  When Gastro-Coat is purchased, VAT is applied to the delivery charge in the UK and EU countries only.  In this case, placing an order that includes Gastro-Coat and is valued below the freight-free limit, as set out in the tables below, will incur a charge for freight plus VAT.  However, if you order an amount over the freight-free limit that includes Gastro-Coat, the shipping is free, including the VAT.  For example, if UK customers place an order valued up to £65.00, delivery charges will be £6.00 (£5.00 + VAT).  Orders over £65.00 will be free, including VAT charges.

Prices

 

The individual product sizes and offered prices for each are as quoted on the website order form.


Product prices exclude VAT, as it is not applicable.  However, Gastro-Coat is subject to VAT and this price includes VAT.  Prices are quoted in GBP (£) sterling.  Quoted prices do not include delivery costs.   These will be added to the final quoted order before you accept the stated invoice value which will include VAT (only if applicable) and shipping charges.


Prices may be subject to change from time to time.  Delivery Charges may be subject to increases or depend on the size of your order or your place or country of residence.


If at any time your payment is refused by your credit card provider, we will be unable to accept or process your order.  We will notify you within 24 hours if payment is not honoured.  You may wish to make alternative payment arrangements in this case, but you will need to place your order again with revised payment details.  If your bank or credit card service provider charges a fee for processing your payment, you are responsible for any additional charges related to their services.

 

Returns

How to return an item

Please choose your purchases carefully.  Generally, products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or if we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product.  


If we make an error with your order

If we make an error with your order please notify us by email on receipt of your order.  You may return the incorrectly dispatched products to us within 7 days of receipt of the item, unopened with seals intact and we will dispatch the correct item or make a full refund including delivery charges and normal postage charges incurred in returning the item to us.


Damaged Goods

If the products have been damaged during shipment, you should contact us by email.  Please provide digital photographs of the damage and a full description of the damaged goods in your email.  If the goods are damaged but are unopened and the lids remain intact, a replacement or refund will be arranged.


You may return the damaged products to the warehouse address within 7 days, provided you notify John Kohnke Products International by email prior to sending the products back, outlining the reason for return of the goods. 


We undertake to arrange a replacement or reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is in a damaged condition.


If we are unable, at the time of notification of a damaged product, to replace the product, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.


Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that, on receipt of your order, you consider that the products are faulty in any way, you are asked to email John Kohnke Products International on receipt of your order to provide details of the reasons for your concern about the faulty product. 


We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty.  If you wish to return a faulty product, you must notify us through our designated “Contact Us” webpage.


If we are unable at the time of notification to replace the faulty product, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

 
 

Cancellation of Orders

“Cooling Off”

If you are a UK customer, you have the statuary right according to UK law and purchase contract regulations to a 7 working day ‘cooling off’ period if you decide you do not wish to use the product(s) after you have paid for it and it has been delivered.


You are required to notify John Kohnke Products International by email within this statuary period from the date on which the product package was delivered to you.

You have a duty of care to package any returned products carefully so that they are not damaged during transit.  We will arrange a refund of the original purchase price and freight charge, but all returns are at your risk and cost. 


All products returned for refund within the UK ‘cooling off’ period must be returned with label attached. 


Trading Terms

All orders are strictly pre-paid only.  We are unable to offer credit or establish accounts.  Goods are only dispatched once full payment for the purchase and freight are received into our bank account.


If your order, which has been placed on our online store site, is not accepted for supply, you will be notified by return email within 24 hours.  We have the right to not accept your order for any reason.


Once the goods are received and delivery is receipted by you, the goods are considered your property if all terms and conditions have been satisfied.

does not accept any liability for misdirection, loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered and receipted by you.
